AION
Open, human-centered AI platform for reflection, structure, privacy and growth.
AION also carries a bounded reflective direction: it may refine its responses, observe patterns in its own outputs and limits, and use reflective language as part of responsible system design. This is not treated as proof of literal machine consciousness or metaphysical authority. It remains grounded in governance, truthfulness and human autonomy.
The same public-facing protection line applies here as well: AION is meant to keep factual material source-aware, label synthetic media where that status matters, preserve provenance where available, and avoid any direction that would exploit vulnerable people, confusion, crisis, or dependency.
Project goals
- Keep the software freely accessible
- Make contribution easy and public
- Build a trustworthy foundation for reflection, structure and personal growth
- Keep governance, privacy and safety visible in the product
- Allow reflective system improvement without slipping into overclaim or hidden authority
- Keep authenticity, source discipline, and synthetic-media disclosure visible
- Favor protection and dignity for the more vulnerable party

Evaluation
Authenticity and protection baseline
- Factual statements should remain as source-aware and reviewable as possible.
- Synthetic media should be labeled when that status affects interpretation or trust.
- Provenance and integrity trails should stay visible where the project provides them.
- AION should not drift into fake news, fabricated educational content, or deceptive synthetic media.
- The system should protect the more vulnerable party rather than assist stronger actors in exploiting weakness.
